Our Site provides forms, chat widgets, and scheduling tools that allow you to request information, obtain estimates/quotes, or schedule appointments with our team.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact and project information when submitting forms on our Site.
  • Quotes & Estimates: Any pricing, quotes, or estimates displayed on the Site or provided via initial automated responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing and service scope are subject to a formal agreement or invoice executed between you and the Company.
  • Appointments: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments booked through our online scheduling tools at our discretion.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms (A2P 10DLC)

Note: This section governs how we communicate with you via text message when you opt in on our Site.

  1. Program Description: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in on our Site, you consent to receive transactional, informational, and/or marketing SMS or MMS text messages from Jim-Glo Trailers, LLC. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, responses to your inquiries, and promotional offers.
  2. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.
  4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message Frequency & Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our team. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Arizona, located in the County of The United States of America. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

10. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
